How It Works
It is a structured, multi-year prevention system that reaches your entire school community — administrators, coaches, educators, parents, and students — and builds a culture where hazing cannot take root.
Year 1 — Implementation
HPP delivers everything. Adult and parent presentations delivered in person. Your counselor facilitates the student curriculum using HPP materials. Pre and post surveys conducted. Post-program outcome report delivered — ready for your superintendent and board.
MEASUREMENT AND DATA
Every Safe to Belong school conducts pre- and post-surveys annually with adults, parents, and students. HPP delivers a custom data report each year that shows how awareness and attitudes have shifted since Year 1.
Over time, your report shows year-over-year trend lines — proof that your school made a decision, built a culture, and protected your students. It is something you can show your board, your community, and your parents as evidence the program is working.
