Education That Protects Students

Hazing is happening in your school right now.  Most adults don't see it — and the students caught inside it don't know how to stop it.

We partner with schools to change that.

Through education, training, and prevention programs designed for your entire school community, Hazing Prevention Partners equips administrators, educators, coaches, and students with the awareness and tools to recognize hazing, break the silence, and create a culture where every student is safe to belong.

Why Trust Us

Education That Protects Students

Education That Protects Students

We don't just talk about hazing prevention. We've lived it. Our founder, DJ Williams, lost her nephew, Stone Foltz, to hazing at Bowling Green State University in 2021. That loss became a mission — and that mission has become a movement.

Today, Hazing Prevention Partners works with schools across Ohio, helping them build cultures where hazing has no place to hide.

About DJ Williams

DJ Williams is the founder of Hazing Prevention Partners and a hazing prevention advocate. She is the author of Bullying Leads to Hazing — a #1 Amazon New Release — the first book in The Harm We Ignore series. Her prevention work is personal — rooted in the death of her nephew Stone Foltz, who died from hazing in 2021 at the age of 20.

Drawing on 30+ years of safety-focused leadership, DJ brings a systems thinker's eye to one of education's most ignored crises — working directly with schools, parents, and coaches to build the prevention cultures that protect students before the unthinkable happens.

Book 2, The Danger of High School Hazing, available in April 2026.

About Hazing Prevention Partners

Hazing Prevention Partners (HPP) is an education and advocacy organization based in Sunbury, Ohio. HPP’s mission is to equip school communities with the knowledge, tools, and culture to prevent hazing before it happens.

Our tagline says it plainly: Education That Protects Students.

Safe to Belong is HPP’s flagship cohort program — developed from years of research, field experience, and a deep conviction that hazing is not a college problem. It is a learned behavior that begins long before students ever set foot on a college campus. Changing that requires reaching students, educators, coaches, and parents together — in high school and earlier, where the pipeline begins.
